I had my gallbladder removed yesterday and everything went great. Is it weird that I kinda. . no . . . .REALLY wanted to see that little varmint of an organ that caused me so much pain! No such luck. I suppose the Vicodin would have erased that memory anyway. I'm excited to resume a somewhat normal diet and let go of the fear that an attack could happen anytime or anywhere. Gallbladder attacks = extreme yuckiness!
My saint of a mother-in-law is here right now vacuuming my floors, scrubbing my bathrooms, burping my sweet baby, walking Tyler to the bus, cooking dinners, and listening to some annoying Christmas album of Alvin and the Chipmunks over and over with Paige. I can't begin to say how thankful I am for my friends and family!

Wow! Surgery so soon after having a baby, you're a trooper! I must agree that family and friends are such a blessing, especially during times like these. I wish you a speedy recovery.
Ahh!! When Macee was 2 weeks old I had to have my gallbladder out. I hope you get better soon.
I'm glad everything went good. I'll call you soon.
I'm so glad that everything went well!!! I'll shoot you an email...I have some questions about your surgery/symptoms. :)
I hope you are doing alright. If you need anything just let me know!
Wow! That was quick after having a baby. I don't blame you for rushing it though. I laughed at the part about letting go of the fear of an attack. So true. I told Wes I would rather have 20 kids than another gall bladder. Congratulations on getting it out!
